No charge when callers deposit messages or you retrieve them from a landline. Per-minute charges apply when retrieving messages from your i-wireless phone.

Important Note Regarding Voicemail

i-wireless users lose their voicemail privileges if their i-wireless account has a zero-balance (no money left in airtime account). This means the user's voicemail box will not allow voice messages to be deposited until they add minutes back into their account.
