Who is Eligible for the Ohio Lifeline Wireless Program?
Customers who participate in one of the following programs are eligible for the Lifeline Wireless Program:

Lifeline Wireless is available throughout the i-wireless home network area in Ohio which includes the following:
- The Greater Cincinnati Area
- Mason
- Lebanon
- Springfield
- The Greater Dayton Area
- Middletown
- Hamilton
- Wilmington
How Do I Sign Up?
Qualifiying customers can enroll in the Lifeline Wireless Program by visiting any Cincinnati Bell Retail Store or Cincinnati Bell Authorized Distributor. In order to enroll in the Lifeline Wireless Program through income eligibility, you must submit the appropriate documentation of eligibility with the application. Examples of acceptable income documentation include the most current:
- Year’s state or federal income tax return
- Income statement from an employer or W-2
- Three consecutive mont’s pay stubs
- Social Security statement of benefits
- Veteran’s Administration statement of benefits
- Retirement/pension statement of benefits
- Unemployment/Workmen’s Compensation statement of benefits
- Other legal document(s) showing current income, e.g. divorce decree of child
