Congratulations, you're wireless! Well almost. There are just a few things you will need to do before you dive in.

i need power

Yes. When you turn your phone on you do have power, but not enough to keep you going. So... for proper battery care, charge your phone for 6 hours before calling to activate.

i need a number

Kind of important. There are two ways to get your phone number:

1. activate online at www.i-ontheweb.com/activate/
   OR
   
2. call i-wireless at 1-877-339-5499 from your home phone - do not try to call from your new i-wireless phone.

i need more talk time

When you need more talk time, there are three ways to get it. Choose the one that's right for you.

• Visit any store@Cincinnati Bell location or authorized distributor. Click here to find the location near you.
• Add minutes online using a credit card. No cards or PIN numbers to deal with! Click here to add minutes online.
• Order a card online using a credit card and have it shipped to you. Click here to order your card online.
