I have a telephone number I'd like to keep. Can I activate it on my new i-wireless account?

Yes, you can. With Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP), you can switch to i-wireless and bring your current number with you. Just have a copy of your bill from your current provider ready when you activate your phone. If want to keep your number and didn't receive a bill for your wireless service, all we need is your account number and billing address.

What is Wireless Local Number Portability?

WLNP or Wireless Local Number Portability is the ability to switch your wireless service provider and keep the same wireless number. Implementation date for WLNP was November 24, 2003.
