What do you charge for calls?
If you have the Mobile-to-Mobile Calling plan, all calls to and from another i-wireless or Cincinnati Bell Wireless customer are included for no additional charge with your $1.00 a day charge. All non-Mobile-to-Mobile are just 10¢.
If you have the Pay-Per-Minute Calling plan, any calls you make or receive will be 35¢ during peak periods and 10¢ during off-peak periods. Your account will be automatically charged.
If you have the Nights and Weekends calling plan, all calls made at Night (7 pm-6:59am) and Weekends (Sat, Sun) are included at no additional charge with your $1.00 a day charge. All peak calls are just $0.10 a minute.
If you are on the Unlimited Plan, you will receive unlimited incoming and outgoing local calls, domestic LD, incoming and outgoing text & picture messages and WAP browsing. International calling, 411 and downloads are charged at a pay per use rate.
When is the peak period on the pay-per-minute plan?
Peak period is Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:59 PM. Off-peak period is 7:00 PM to 6:59 AM Monday through Friday and all-day Saturday and Sunday.
What if part of my call is in the peak period and part of it's in the off-peak period?
You will be charged as your rate plan states, with the peak minute portion being charged at peak rates.
What if I only use part of a minute during my call?
We make it easy. We round up to the next minute. If you use 3 minutes and 42 seconds for your call, you pay for 4 minutes.
Can I call 411?
Yes. Calling Information (411) is a $1.49 one-time charge on top of the local per minute rate (35 or 10 cents per minute)
Can I make international calls?
You can call almost any country in the world for great rates! Click here to see our international rates. You will be charged a per-minute international charge plus the applicable local minute rate.
Can I call anywhere in the Unites States?
You can call anywhere in the continental Unites States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands for local minute rates when you are within the iWireless network. Just 35¢ a minute during peak times and 10¢ a minute during off-peak times. Or with our unlimited mobile to mobile plan a flat 10¢ a minute rate applies.
What are the text & picture messaging rates?

What card amounts do you offer?
We offer $10, $20, $50 and $60 cards. Rates per minute are the same for each card.
When do the cards expire?
The $5 card expires after 10 days after you load it on your account. $10 card expires 30 days after you load it on your account. The $20 ,$50 and $60 cards expire 90 days after you load them on your account. Click here for more information on all of the i-wireless cards.
